Using the site and the tool
You may use the dictation tool and the guides for personal and work purposes. Please don't try to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that overloads it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your text
What you dictate is yours. It stays in your browser, and we don't receive it (see our privacy policy). Keep your own copy of anything important: browser storage can be cleared by you, your browser or your device at any time.
Accuracy
Speech recognition makes mistakes. Always review dictated text before you rely on it, especially for anything legal, medical, financial or safety-related. The guides are kept as accurate as we can, but software changes. Everything is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site are owned by us. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page.
Links and recommendations
We link to other websites, including affiliate partners and the Apple App Store. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or policies. See our affiliate disclosure.
Limitation of liability
